In a move to make Entrecard a more valuable tool than just an advertising system, they have decided to team up with SezWho to promote cross communication between blogs and the blogging community.

This is actually a really smart move because one of the biggest complaints I have found from others about Entrecard was the quality of the traffic resulting from dropped cards. Users would drop a card and then move on, just taking the one credit and not actually reading/participating on the blog itself.

As you can imagine this creates a problem when you are trying to track where your users come from and how long they stay on the site, comment and interact with you and the blog.  Entrecard is changing this by encouraging users to comment on the blogs they drop cards on and they will earn points for their comments. It sounds like a great system and I’ve got it running on The Proficient Investor and EastWing Podcast and will shortly be active here.
