Make Money Online - Free eBook
John Chow has written a terrific eBook called “Make Money Online with John Chow dot com“.
The book is a collection of some of his best blog posts about making money online. I know it seems like everyone is trying to do this these days, but if everyone could…wouldn’t they? I mean, don’t we all just want to sit back and let the cash roll in. Sure, but it doesn’t happen that way. Making money online isn’t as easy as some people tell you it is. Remember “The Rich Jerk”? Well, he’s actually bankrupt. His domain is up for sale for a whopping $8 Million dollars. Why anyone would want to buy a bankrupt domain, not to mention a soiled property is beyond me.
John Chow, on the other hand isn’t bankrupt and actually quite humble. He’s even giving away his eBook for free. Yep, free. I’m linking to it here because I think it’s worth everyone’s time to read it. What you won’t find is a get rich quick path. What you will find is sound, sensible information you can use to help monetize your website or blog.
I continue to be impressed with John as he shares his ideas and money making strategies with the world. It’s because of him that I am using Text Link Ads as well as Kontera but there are many many affiliate programs out there. Depending on how you want to monetize your blog, you could use any number of the following:
I am sure you can find others out there that suit your tastes. Google Adsense is also one of the biggest money makers for people. To be honest I haven’t honed my adsense skills as much as I would like, but it’s a process.
Other sources of income John mentions include donations and review sites. In order to make money from review sites though you need lots and lots of traffic. You can find good information about traffic building here.
I hope you found this article interesting and helpful. My goal here is to give you some of the tools you need to make millions online. I am confident that if you keep working smart you will get there. I find it helps to read what others are doing because if they are successful, you can be too. I learned this lesson long ago when I first started in the Quixtar business. Persistence is part of it, but the real meat and potatoes of any successful business venture is duplicatability. You need to find a system that works for you and your style. Sometimes that means using something that already works.
